These blocks consist of different types of intervals with varying lengths, and these include sprinting with speeds reaching a max of 70 RPM, max resistance climbs, and even some no arms sections to isolate different muscle groups. This is a tough workout, but Toby gives you ample time to recover in between intervals and between each block. Set to a playlist featuring upbeat Hip-Hop and R&B tracks.

These blocks feature a mix of intervals including normal push/pull intervals, climbing segments with resistance going up to the max, jogging and sprinting intervals reaching a max of 70 RPM. This is an endurance based workout so be prepared to be breathless by the end of the workout. Set to a fun upbeat Pop / Dance playlist that will keep your feet moving until you reach the finish line.
