Philosophy


Five step physical fitness philosophy to a professionally structured fitness program

The basic components of our personal fitness programs include muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and body composition. We also address other components such as speed, power, balance, etc.

  1. Food Intake - 50-60% of your success will come from what you consume. We will maintain the proper percentage of proteins, carbohydrates and fats that will be ideal for you to ensure satiation.

  2. Proper Cardiovascular - This is the stimulus necessary to mobilize fat or excess calories for fuel. We will customize a cardiovascular program within your proper heart rate zones to create an additional calorie deficit.

  3. Resistance Training - We will design and customize a workout program specifically for you. Muscle equals metabolism, so the more quality lean muscle you have, the more your body will continue to burn fat 24 hours a day.

  4. Rest and Flexibility - These are the two most vital and overlooked areas where your success will come from. We will maintain proper replenishment and rest so that your body may benefit from the exercise, especially after your body cells have gone through transformation as a result of an intense workout.

  5. Professional Assistance - This, along with food intake, will be the most important part of your fitness success. We will ensure success by manipulating the above five variables so that your body does not level off in regard to exercise programs. We will then change and adapt so that you may avoid plateaus and continue to see changes towards accomplishing all of your fitness goals in and out of the club.
